Maintenance Request

At Giera Property Management Limited all requests for repairs must be received in writing on one of our Tenant Repairs Request Forms. These forms are available online and must be returned to our office either in person, by fax or scanned and sent by email.

Any urgent requests should be made by telephone in the first instance. If for any reason you cannot get in touch with your Property Manager, please try to contact another staff member, as we cannot guarantee to reimburse the cost of urgent repairs without authorisation.
